Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.

We aim to make our returns process as hassle-free as possible. As such we and/or our fulfillment partners will cover the cost of all returns and exchanges of items that arrive as the wrong item to what was ordered or if it arrived damaged or defective. This process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items for us to file a report with our fulfillment partners for a hassle-free replacement. If we are not contacted within that timeframe we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange on the item(s)

For all other returns and exchanges for personal reasons such as but not limited to the wrong size ordered, buyer's remorse, and incorrect address inputted at the time of purchase we may not be able to process a return or exchange. We recommend reviewing product sizing information while shopping and customers’ personal information at the time of purchase to ensure you receive the items you want. 

For items that have not arrived within the estimated window of delivery, first check the tracking information provided for your order. If it’s not showing an updated delivery please reach out as it may have been returned to our fulfillment partners or lost in transit. Please contact us per our Shipping & Delivery Policy to work on a resolution for these issues to get your order redelivered or process a refund.

 

Return Process

To request a return of an item, please email customer service at returns@nightbirde.co for approval of a return. You may be asked to submit reference photos identifying the damage or defect. After receiving approval for return place the item(s) in the original packaging (or approved packaging) and use the shipping label that will be provided. 

Return address will be determined by the customer's location and fulfillment partner associated with the item or items purchased

If the item(s) are approved for a return for refund, credit, or exchange the Return Shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us or our fulfillment partners. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a refund or exchange for a replacement. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with clear signs of use and/or wear by the customer
  • Items cannot be approved to be returned for exchange or refund if the damage claim is a direct result of the customer’s use of the item(s) after receiving such as: tears, rips, cracks, chips, shrinkage/alterations to the garment or design from improper washing/drying, or any other damage that is a result of the consumer

We strive to provide the best experience possible from purchase to delivery. Although if items arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at the returns email below with reference images to arrange a refund or exchange.
