Yes we are! We know there are a lot of stores selling "Nightbirde Merch" although this is the one and only Official Store run by Jane's (Nightbirde) Family and Management. So you can feel confident in knowing every product here was designed by Jane herself or by her family and team.
We sell all things Nightbirde. We have standard merch from T-Shirts to Hoodies, Posters, and CDs/Vinyl. We also have various accessories, home and drinkwear, shoes, and more!

Yes it does! A big part of our team's mission is supporting women across the country who are battling Breast Cancer just as Jane did. That's why a portion of proceeds from every sale is donated to The Nightbirde Foundation.
Well, firstly, any store other than this one that sells Nightbirde Merchandise of any kind is not legitimate. They do not help the estate keep her music or merch thriving, nor do proceeds from those sales go to The Nightbirde Foundation like ours do.
Additionally the designs, garments chosen, and other factors are not overseen by us on those store. Jane always loved fashion and so we have partnered with companies to help deliver the highest quality of products at the best prices.
Example: For our garments we use a top tier company that delivers high quality DTG, DTF, and Sublimation Prints for long lasting designs on brands such as Bella+Canvas & Cotton Heritage. Other stores use low-end garments and heat presses that can greatly impact the comfort level and even the longevity of the print itself.

Unisex shirts typically have a slighly smaller size that the Men's shirts to accomidate it being for everyone. So a Small Unisex may have a length of 27.5 inches whereas a standard Men's Shirt may be 28-29 inches long.
In the same vein Unisex will typically be larger than garments designed specifically for women.
We have made sure to mark any Unisex shirt accordingly although we recommend referring to the size charts associated to each item to ensure you are ordering the correct size every time.

We recently moved merchandising partners and launched a whole new storefront in February! We have moved all of our designs over into the new store and even expanded on them to offer better quality and a bigger variety! Although that means something you may have seen before could be slightly different now.

Yes and no. For physical CD's, Vinyl, Books, and Specialty Merchandise we ship globally from our fulfilment center based in Music City (Nashville, TN)
For all other items (Apparel, Accessories, etc.) that our Merchandising Partner handles we ship globally to most countries, but due to restrictions and current events we cannot ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Ecuador, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
It could be 1 of 2 reasons. We have separate fulfillment partners for the Collectors CD and for our Merchandise. So if you ordered a CD and merch they're handled separately.
Additionally our merchandising partner has a list of items that are shipped separately due to location of the items produced, item's shape/size, and or requiring specialty packaging to ensure a safe delivery. Those items include:

Although, once our Fulfillment Partners ship out your order, we are provided the same tracking information that you received in your fulfillment email.
As the customer it's being delivered to we first recommend you try contacting the associated Carrier Service about the location and delivery of your item(s), as they'll be able to give you the most in-depth detail about your orders delivery status.
We have two fulfillment partners: one for the Collectors CD that is based in Nashville, TN and the other has warehouses and production facilities around the globe.
So if, for example, you made a purchase for delivery in Europe the CD would be shipped from Nashville, TN and require international shipping whereas the Shirts your ordered would be printed and shipped from our Merch Partners European Facility.
We do on select products and special circumstances.
For Collectors CDs and Vinyl: we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery
For all other Apparel, Decor, and Accessories please note: We are partnered with a Merchandiser who custom makes each order as a way to cut down on product and material waste. If an item arrives broken, damaged, defective, or stained we are able to process a return 30 days from delivery.
Although due to the custom nature of each order, we are unable to accept exchanges for another size or other products, or returns for "Buyers Remorse". We encourage everyone to carefully review Size Charts before making your purchase.
